String getFilePath()

Returns the file path to this font.

Returns:

The file path to the font file.

getFullName

String getFullName()

Returns the full font name.

Returns:

The name of the font.

getFamilyName

String getFamilyName()

Returns the font family name.

Returns:

The font family name.

getPSName

String getPSName()

Returns the Postscript name for this font.

Returns:

The Postscript name.

isItalic

boolean isItalic()

Returns flag indicating if this font is italic.

Returns:

true if this font is italic.

isBold

boolean isBold()

Returns flag indicating if this font is bold.

Returns:

true if the font is bold.

isSymbol

boolean isSymbol()

Returns flag indicating if this font is a symbol font.

Returns:

true if the font is a symbol font.

isEmbeddable

boolean isEmbeddable()

Indicates whether we are able to embed the font in a PDF document.

Returns:

true if and only if the font's usage rights do not restrict embedding and we are technologically capable embedding the font in a PDF document.

isSubsettable

boolean isSubsettable()

Indicates whether the font's usage rights forbid subsetting. If a font is embeddable but not subsettable the entire font file must be embedded even if only a small number of glyphs are used.

Returns:

true if the font's usage rights do not prohibit subsetting.

fontFilePath

String fontFilePath()

Returns:

The path to the file this font was loaded from.
