SMTP Settings

The SMTP settings are where you set the email settings to be used by the server when sending emails for job tasks. The email settings will need to be obtained from your email service provider.

To open the SMTP Settings dialog:

    1. Go to Settings > SMTP Settings

Settings

Outgoing Mail Server - outgoing mail server address

From E-mail Address - the name that will be displayed in the "From:" field to the recipients that receive the email

Authentication

Complete this section if your SMTP server requires additional authentication

User Name - user name needed to login to the STMP server

Password - password needed to login for the user name set above

TLS/SSL - check this box if your server requires TLS or SSL encryption

POP3 Server - the POP3 server address (if needed)

SSL - check this box if your POP3 connection requires SSL encryption
