Reviewing and Marking Up PDF Documents
PDF Studio provides a wide variety of tools for reviewing PDF documents and marking them up with comments and annotations. With the Square, Circle, and freehand Pencil Note tools you can quickly and clearly indicate what portion of the document the note refers to. The Free Text and Sticky Note tools make it easy to add general comments wherever they're needed, and the Line Note tool points attention to very specific spots. All annotations can be found in the Comments list, making navigating from note to note fast and easy.
Creating and Manipulating PDFs
Creating PDF documents is easy with PDF Studio. Scan in paper documents, combine existing PDFs, and convert images to PDF pages (or PDF pages to images) to make a new PDF or add to an existing one. You can also add headers, footers, page numbering, watermarks, bookmarks and more.
Setting Security
PDF Studio provides access to all of the security options available in the PDF standard. Using 40- and 128-bit encryption, documents can be set to require a password to open, and permissions can be set for various document uses, including modifying the document, adding comments and annotations, high and low resolution printing, text extraction, text extraction for accessibility uses, and more.
Digital Signatures
Digital signatures allow a document's author or another responsible party to vouch for the document's authenticity and/or their approval of the document's contents. Put simply, a digital signature makes it clear that the signed document is genuine and has not been modified since being signed. When opening a signed document, PDF Studio checks the signatures and labels them as valid or invalid. PDF Studio Pro also lets you create your own digital signatures and apply them to your documents, giving your users the assurance that what they see is exactly what you intended. Watch Movie 
Interactive Forms
Interactive PDF forms are becoming more and more common every day. With PDF Studio's Form Tools, entering and managing form data is a snap. With PDF Studio Pro, form data can be easily exported into FDF, XFDF, XDP and XML files, and FDF/XFDF/XDP files can be imported to automatically populate the form's fields. Completed forms can also be "flattened," making the data a permanent part of the PDF file.
Advanced Notes/Comments
In addition to the annotation tools discussed above, PDF Studio provides special tools: file attachments, audio comments, hyperlinks, and rubber stamps. Audio comments allow you to record comments in your own voice or attach other sound files. With file attachments, any file can be added to a PDF document. Hyperlinks allow you to make any part of the document a clickable link to a web page, another page in the PDF itself, another file, and more. Rubber stamps are a quick way to add common comments to a document. PDF Studio includes many commonly used stamps, like "Approved," "Not Approved," "Confidential," etc., as well as the ability to create your own custom stamps from text or images.
Preflight
PDF Studio Pro's Preflight is a quick and simple way to check your documents for compliance with several PDF standards. Preflight will inform you of anything in your document that is not compatible with the PDF/X-1a:2001 – ISO 15930-1, PDF/X-1a:2003 – ISO 15930-4, PDF/X-3:2002 – ISO 15930-3, or PDF/X-3:2003 – ISO 15930-6 standard so that you can make the necessary corrections.
Batch Functions
With PDF Studio Pro's Batch Functions, you can save time by letting your computer do the work for you. Print multiple documents at once, set security and permissions across a group of files, convert several PDFs to images or extract text from them, and apply headers, footers, watermarks and more, all automatically. PDF Studio Pro works hard so you don't have to.
Google Docs™ Integration
PDF Studio's integration with Google Docs™ gives you access to PDF documents stored within Google Docs™. By simply signing in to Google Docs™ from PDF Studio, you can make edits to your PDF documents and save them directly to Google Docs™ without ever leaving PDF Studio.
