The next step in the wizard allows you to enter information that is specific to the Job you are creating. Below is a listing of the Job types that can be created, followed by a short description of the information that can be entered.
- Add Headers and Footers . Information about headers and footers to apply to PDF documents.
- Add Watermarks . Information about text or image watermarks to apply to PDF documents.
- Clear Security. Information about how to open the document before clearing its security.
- Convert Text to PDF. Information about options when converting text to PDF.
- Convert To Images. Information about how to convert the PDF to images, such as the image format.
- Crop Pages. Information about how to crop PDF documents, such as Crop Box margins and page numbers.
- Digitally Sign PDF. Information about how to sign PDF documents.
- Edit Document Properties. Information about how to modify the PDF document properties.
- Export Annotations. Infomation about the desired output format.
- Export Field Values . Infomation about the desired output format.
- Extract Text . Option to extract text from all pages or only a subset of pages.
- Flatten Annotations. Infomation about which annotations should be flattened.
- Flatten Fields. Infomation about which interactive fields should be flattened.
- Import Annotations. Infomation about the annotation source file.
- Import Field Values . Infomation about the source PDF document and an option to flatten fields after importing them.
- Insert Pages. Information about how to assemble and merge PDF document pages.
- Move Files. Information about moving or transferring any document type with no PDF specific processing.
- Preflight. Information about preflighting options.
- Print PDF. Information about how to print the file, such as the printer name.
- Set Permissions. Information about what permissions to set.
