Import Annotations Tab

The Import Annotations tab is used to import annotations to a PDF. The options available when importing annoations are as follow:

• Import Annotations - Annotation file - Enter the path to the source annotations file that the annotations should be imported from.
• Flatten Annotations - Check this box to flatten annotations after importing them.
• Print the PDF Document - Use this section to print the PDF document after fields were imported.
• Change the Output File Name - Use this section to change the name of the output PDF file (the base name is the source PDF file name).
• Save the Output File to a Folder - Use this section to save the output PDF file to a folder.
• Post the Output File using FTP - Use this section to send the output PDF file to an FTP server.
• Send the Output File in an E-Mail - Use this section to send output PDF file by e-mail
