Extract Text Tab

The Extract Text tab is used when extracting text from PDF documents to text files. The option available when extracting text are as follow:

• Extract Range - Use this section to specify the range of pages text will be extracted from.
• Print the Source PDF File - Use this section to print the source PDF file as part of processing it.
• Change the Output File Name - Use this section to change the name of the output text file (the base name is the source PDF file name).
• Save the Output File to a Folder - Use this section to save the output text file to a folder.
• Post the Output File using FTP - Use this section to send the output text file to an FTP server.
• Send the Output File in an E-Mail - Use this section to send the output text file by e-mail
