Export Annotations Tab

The Export Annotations tab is used when extracting annotations from interactive PDF documents. The options available when extracting annotations are as follows:

• Print the Source PDF Document - Use this section to print the source PDF document as part of processing it.
• Export Field Values - Choose the export format (fdf, xfdf)
• Change the Output File Name - Use this section to change the name of the output file (the base name is the source PDF file name).
• Save the Output File to a Folder - Use this section to save the output file to a folder.
• Post the Output File using FTP - Use this section to send the output file to an FTP server.
• Send the Output File in an E-Mail - Use this section to send the output file by e-mail
