Bug Fix - bug introduced in version 4.60: upon clicking on the text selection button on the toolbar, the cursor would not change to the selection cursor thus users were not able to select text.
Bug Fix - bug introduced in version 4.60: On Mac and Linux, when saving an annotation with special characters such as letters with accents, the saved PDF file would not display the correct characters once reopened.

New Feature: Increase performance and memory usage on resize algorithm for gray scale images.
New Feature: Use the document's property called "page mode" to determine which navigation pane - thumbnails or bookmarks- to show or hide.
Bug Fix: Upon zooming, the resize algorithm was not giving good results on rotated images.
Bug Fix: When opening a document with bookmarks and comments, the comments pane would be displayed but the bookmarks tab was the one selected which was confusing. The comments pane should be the one selected.
