- Vacation: 2 weeks vacation for the first year, 3 weeks for the next two years and then 4 weeks starting on the 4th year. 1 week for sick leave. We count both vacation and sick leave together, so employees effectively have 3 weeks off the first year.
- Retirement contribution of 2% of your salary without need for matching.
- Group health insurance with HSA option, 0% co-insurance and 50% participation towards deductible.

Sales and Business Development - Position Open
Qoppa Software is seeking a creative person to focus on sales and business development efforts for our software products. We are looking to build our sales department and will consider a wide range of candidates and experience levels.
The person we are looking for will have a good understanding of business software and technology products in order to increase sales and generate new business opportunities. Strong technical communication skills are a must.
Responsability:
- Participate in target industry definition and sales campaign strategy definition
- Work closely with marketing and company management
- Identify potential customers and generate leads
- Contact decision makers by phone, email, and at events
- Follow a consistent call process and organize leads and customers in CRM
- Attend external events as company representative
- Light travel to conferences or tradeshows (a few times a year)
- Meet and exceed assigned goals
Experience:
- An understanding of the software industry, preferably with focus on PDF technology or document management industry
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Hands-on, self starter, result-oriented and self motivated
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Highly organized
- Able to work well in a small company environment
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor or higher degree preferred
- Preferred business development experience in the software industry (preferably PDF solutions) or the document management industry
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
